Many pieces being offered for private bid auction will be from the Timothy Gordon Collection. Mr. Gordon is a nationally known appraiser who travels extensively for his work and has brokered major art & antiquities collections worldwide. He deals in a variety of fine & decorative arts encompassing traditional and contemporary genres. Mr. Gordon will be contributing a broad spectrum of works selected from various areas of collecting, including Missoula artists Rudy Autio, Walter Hook, Jay Rummel, Stan Hughes and others; a selection of deceased Western Artists including pieces by, E.E. Heikka, Harley Brown, Sandy Ingersoll, etc. The show will also feature art photography including those of Lee Nye, Stan Healy and Jacques Henri Lartigue. Ceramic pieces by Peter Voulkos, Frances Senska and J. Rummel will also be offered. Unique antiques & curiosities from Europe & Asia ranging from a rare Chinese Tang horse to a fine Victorian Gothic stained glass picture window. Haida Native American, African Masai ceremonial Masks and Aviation artifacts will furthermore be exhibited.

Celebrating Missoula Artists - with ultra rare J. Rummel from 1963 titled “Woody Guthrie”. Walter Hook original paintings, rare Rudy Autio works and local artists such as Stan Hughes and Asha Murthy MacDonald.
Selection of Western Art - includes works by Sandy Ingersoll, E.E. Heikka and Elizabeth Lochrie. Tim Gordon recently sold an Edward Paxson portrait of a Native American original at auction for $160,000 and will be offering one of his Native portraits.
